智慧廁所

廁所是每人每天必須使用設施之一,當外出時需要去如廁,大眾會希望可以能找一些整潔及乾爽的廁所。香港公廁普遍衞生欠佳,坐廁不潔及地面濕滑,環境惡劣令有需要市民不敢使用。為改善公廁衞生環境,我們可以引入智能科技,利用傳感器,監察廁所內的溫度、濕度及氣味。

例如我們可以在公廁室內安裝空氣質素傳感器 及地板上安裝濕度監察傳感器,當公廁充滿臭氣或地板濕滑時,傳感器會把信號傳送給公廁的清潔人員,讓他們能迅速進行清潔 。

我們亦可在公廁門外 安裝互動顯示屏,讓市民可以立即報告設施故障 及發表意見。

遠程監察樹木傾斜角度
 

為綠化環境及空氣質素,香港路邊種植了不同種類的樹木。但在惡劣天氣如暴雨或颱風吹襲下,樹木難以避免會受到不同程度的破壞。蟲害亦會增加樹木倒塌危機。香港曾發生多宗塌樹奪命的事故,因此實時監察樹木的健康狀況能更有效防止意外發生。
 

我們可以引入智能科技,安裝傾斜傳感器在樹木的底部,監察樹幹底部的傾斜角度,研究從樹木的擺動或傾斜狀況,評估其倒塌風險,從而加強樹木風險管理。

Recently, we have received feedback from some students that due to the COVID epidemic, the school's final exam has been postponed to mid-July. To this end, we are postponing the application deadline of the “Smart@GWIN” E&M IoT Application Challenge to 31 July, 2022, so that students have more time to prepare and develop more innovative solutions for the Challenge.

 

In addition, we will also provide the proposal samples of the “Smart@GWIN” E&M IoT Application Challenge on the website at a later time for reference. Please watch out for it!
